Randy Woolcott provided helpful information in advance about the moving process, a thorough and prompt estimate, and timely responses to emails. The two folks who packed up our belongings and unloaded them--Cory Jylha and Tanner Oldham--were absolutely terrific. They were professional, hard working, extremely competent, very pleasant to work with, and treated our possessions with care and respect. Your team made the moving process as pleasant as possible and we couldn't be more pleased. Kudos!

I was very skeptical about hiring a company to move me from Portland to Spokane as had read so many bad reviews on various websites about people who were not happy for various reasons when they hired companies to move them. I had interviewed two moving companies but wanted a third company to interview so friend suggested I try Bekin in Tigard. Randy, estimator, came out & he was thorough and really seemed to care about my move and me as as a Bekins customer so I decided to go w/Bekin. On moving day, Robert Lord, from Bekin in Tigard came to move my things. He is great! He was thorough, friendly, careful w/my things and just a great worker so I was very glad he would be the one to move my stuff to Spokane. Nothing was broken or missing and I felt very confident with him. I highly recommend Bekin in Tigard to anyone in Portland considering a move & looking for an exceptional moving company! Cross Town Apartment Move Review
I had ITS move our stuff from one apartment to another across town. I was a bit nervous at the beginning since we have some fragile furniture pieces. That said the estimator assured me that their movers are experienced. On move day their movers put me at ease a completed the job under the estimated time and all of our furniture was in tact and perfect! The movers were professional and the wardrobe boxes were super helpful. I would strongly recommend ITS to anyone that is considering a moving company. I would use them again!

Your employees were superlative; efficient, helpful, organized and skilled, they worked to move our parents' lifelong possessions (including many fragile items) to a storage unit in excellent time. Everything handled with expert care, nothing damaged, and organized in the storage unit as requested. What a great experience. I helped a friend move to Los Angeles from Portland. He moved to LA with a couple of suitcases and I organized the first part of the move. We hired packers and ITS. The quote was spot on, the care in handling the furniture and valuables was excellent. Three months later, the second part of the move occurred when the house finally sold and closed. We had considered a POD move for the remainder of the contents of the house and of course everyone had different ideas about who we should talk to and how to accomplish part two. There was no question that I was going to call Evan Carlson at ITS and ask him to quote it. Again, perfect! Thank you for making this less painful than it could have been!

I decided to use upack over a full service moving company to save some money. I used ITS for loading the ABF trailer. They were on time, and packed/loaded the trailer in about four hours. On the destination end, nothing was broken, proof they must have done it right. Keep in mind an ABF trailer is a lot bumpier ride then a cushioned moving van. Well done!
